This filly is by the Group 1 winning sprinter Sakhee’s Secret, the winner of the 2007 July Cup at Newmarket.

Her dam was a multiple winner at 2 and 3 years of age and reached a handicap mark of 96 when she was sent off favourite for the Epsom Dash. As a 4-y-o she was placed in a Listed race.

This filly is the second foal out of Empress Jain. The first foal, Second Encore, won twice as a 2-y-o last year.

Given the speed of both her sire and dam, this filly is bred to be a sharp type. She is a nice rangy sort with plenty of scope, a great step and a lovely attitude.

£3,250 per 10% share to include purchase of the share and costs to the end of the 2012 flat turf season

By Captain Marvellous, a Group 2 winning first season stallion, this colt is a strong compact type with plenty of attitude.

His dam won over 5 furlongs as a 2-y-o and finished second in two Group 3 races including at Royal Ascot. She also chased home subsequent classic winning filly Reams Of Verse at Doncaster finishing only 2 lengths behind her. She again won as a 3-y-o at Newmarket before being retired as a broodmare. Dame Laure has produced five winners from her seven foals to date including Part Timer and Your Gifted.

Part Timer has won 8 times both in Britain and the United States. Included in those wins was the Temple Handicap, a stakes race. Your Gifted has won 7 times over 5 furlongs including her recent win at Epsom off a handicap mark of 85. There are a further three multiple winners out of the dam.

Also in the family is Caledonia Lady who has twice been Group 2 placed as a 2-y-o this season.
